CLASS CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

REMINDER
Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis and is limited due to space restrictions. Advance registration is recommended for all programs. Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of payment. All registration is subject to availability. All programs, prices and instructors are subject to change without notice.

WITHDRAWALS AND REFUNDS
Cancellations must be received at least one day prior to the start of a course. Absence from classes does not constitute notice of withdrawal. Withdrawals occurring less than two weeks prior to the start of a course are subject to a $30 administration fee. No refunds will be issued after the fourth week of classes. The AGO reserves the right to cancel programs. In the event of cancellations, a full refund will be given.

TRANSFERS
Course transfers are subject to availability. A $30 administration fee will be charged to students requesting a transfer less than two weeks prior to the start of their course, or once classes have started. Transfers are authorized by the Program Registration office ONLY.

CANCELLATION OF CLASSES
To ensure that we are able to run your preferred classes, we recommend that you enroll at least two weeks prior to the start of the program. In the event of course cancellation, registrants will be notified one week prior to the scheduled start of the course and will receive a full refund.
